Hey!! Im an incoming freshman at VCU. I have been working through the aleks modules to bypass chem 100 since 2pm.

So far, I have mastered 105 out of 108 topics. but the STUPID FREAKING "learn" button is GREYED OUT and the system is basically forcing me into a "review" loop. I completed all of my reviews and it is still not changing!!

So literally what should I do?? Because im at 97% mastery and only three topics away from completion and im literally stuck in a loop. Like did i really get a 4 in ap chem for NOTHING!?!? (2 years ago btw)

I JUST emailed professor polo and the chem department. what else should i do??
