Question on C6 exhaust

I recently picked up a 2006 base. I am wondering if these are the stock mufflers with different tips. From what I have seen, the 06 base doesn’t have the dots pictured inside the quad tips. I also don’t see the valves that are part of the NPP mufflers.

For what it’s worth, the car also has long tube headers and high flow cats, so I would be surprised if the previous owner left the stock mufflers, but maybe that was intended. The car came with a few boxes of extra parts and in one were a couple of elbows sawed off with a note that said “need to cut in order to install Borla axel back”.

Just seems odd that the mufflers look stock. Any input would be appreciated!

My new Daytona Sunset Orange C6

Little overview and question below:

After many, many years of wanting one, I finally picked up my first Corvette. 2006 base, 6 speed manual, Daytona Sunset. I purchased from a good friend’s specialty dealership, and was very impressed with the condition. As a bonus, the car came with a 16 year trail of records, listing of modification history and many original and spare parts from the previous long term owner.

Some of the mods include headers, high flow cats, MGW STS, Vararam intake, ATI super damper (thank god) and some of the paper work mentioned Z06 springs and Z51 sway bars.

Stupid question, but how this car so low? I didn’t notice how little fender/wheel gap there was until it was next to another C6. The car rides just fine and isn’t teeth rattling by any means. Definitely stiff but doesn’t feel like other cars I’ve driven with stiff or cheap lower springs. I understand you can lower a C6 by jacking up the leaf spring and tightening, but from I have seen, it doesn’t result in this. Is there anything else I should look for to confirm?

Thanks!
