Normal or poor woodworking?

First post here, I hope my questions fits in.
I bought this cutting board from a vendor in Italy in January, so it is fairly new.
By April, several unevennesses have occured, as seen in the pics. Some only aesthetic flaws seen under certain light, but in other places real gaps have formed, where liquids have run into and discolored the wood.
I cannot imagine that is normal or is intended, but I would like a second opinion before I make any claims. Unfortunately, the vendor itself has not replied. They primariliy seem to make commercial butcher blocks etc. so I am a bit surprised.

Edit 17.08: Wow, thank you guys, did not expect to get that much feedback!
I'd like to answer a few questions and give a bit more context. I initially bought from the vendor because it is recommend here: https://blog.schneidbrettguru.de/hirnholz-schneidebrett-hirnholzbrett-hackblock/.
It is in German, but I guess with modern technology you guys can manage ;) I have no experience in woodworking myself, but what I read seemed plausible so I went with it.

I do not or did not put the board into the dishwasher :D Also do not use serrated knives on it. It is cleaned with mainly warm water, dried of immediately and stands on rubber feet and thus ventilation is provided. I have two other oak boards (smaller) from Löffler which I oil roughly once a month and they still look like day one, so I think I am doing an okay job of maintenance generally. Vendor of this board says apply vaseline oil every 4-5 months: https://www.mej-ceppofruttero.com/en/care-maintenance/
So, before I though of doing that, everything you see above already happened. The board is not bent, I guess the steel rod construction https://www.mej-ceppofruttero.com/en/strengths/ prevents that.
Lastly, it is from Northern Italy and I live in West Germany, so there should not be a relevant change of humidity generally, since it was asked.
