Considering this 2014 Triumph Bonneville T100 — thoughts? (First real bike)

Hey everyone, been lurking for a while and finally found a listing that caught my eye. It's a 2014 Bonneville T100 listed in near me for $4,600 (down from $5,500). Here's what the seller says:

- 36,000 miles, clean title in hand
- Owned since 2021, lightly used, never dropped
- Full 6K service done 6/24/24, oil change 1/28/26, new YUASA battery
- Tasteful mods: TEC black levers, Motogadget Pace mirrors, Motone shifter, Sealight LED headlight
- Comes with Triumph battery tender and windscreen
- Listed 9 months ago — still sitting

A few things I'm wondering about:

  1. Is 36K miles high for a T100? The seller says these motors go well past this mileage when maintained — is that accurate?
  2. Is $4,600 a fair price? It's been sitting for 9 months which makes me think there's room to negotiate.
  3. What should I look for during inspection? Any known weak spots on the 2014 specifically?

Photos look clean and the seller seems knowledgeable. This is my dream first bike. Appreciate any insight from people who've owned or ridden these!
