A colleague just ran his first red light, though it was late at night on a crossroad where he have seen cameras and people crossing during a red light. How and when will he get a fine or will he get a fine at all? I am asking on his behalf because I don't know what to tell him, during high traffic hours I have been in the middle of a crossroad and passed a red light multiple times (allegedly) without receiving any sort of ticket. What do I tell him?( For the purposes of not incriminating anyone, this is all a fabrication.)
