I want to ask if bathers at Pet Smart count as groomers for the purpose of the $5000 TRAP risk. I saw Splash Academy which is required for bathers could count towards Grooming Academy courses. However, I don’t know if it would count for being in debt from the TRAP issue, and can’t find clarification online.
