Waking up very tired
Since last 2-3 months I am waking up very tired. I am 23 year old male 5'9 135 lb. Before that I woke up exactly 8 hours after sleeping. Now I wake after 8 hours but my body just doesn't want to get out of bed so I lay there for 2-3 more hours. The bones in my body hurts especially backbone and leg bones. I lived a terrible lifestyle since I was 15 no proper sleeping schedule poor diet no exercise or physical activity now I feel like things are catching up to me. My muscles are sore and I think the blood flow to my head has been damaged because 2 weeks ago I went to lab for blood test. They took 2 sample and then I left but as I reached outside I collapsed but soon regain conciseness after 10-20 sec when they laid my down on the bed. Now I have constant little headaches. Need some serious advices.
