Hi,

I’d like to change my FF to CSR, but the agent that I spoke said since FF is mastercard and CSR is visa it is impossible to product change.

Since I saw many dp regarding changing from FF to OG freedom, I assume FF to CSR should also work.
Did anyone have this done before?
(I also thought about changing FF to OG freedom to CSR…)

* I already got CSR sign up bonus, and just want to get one more CSR.
