This caste validity certificate is a very Maharashtra specific thing. What are the rules about it when applying for central government Institutes. There's a educational Institute funded by RBI but is located in Mumbai, will they ask for caste validity certificate as well during the verification process?
I'm 96 k maratha. Got a well paying job. Not dependant on my parents for a penny. I'm in a relationship with a bengali guy. He's a total overachiever in terms job, academic pedigree and everything. His family is well educated and progressive who won't really mind accepting me.
But I think a lot about my family. They've never forced me for anything and we haven't really talked about it but it's a given for them that I'll marry a Maratha.
