hey everyone i started bw training about 2 months ago getting stronger every week ive been doing pushup,chinups,dips,bw squats and deadhangs / ohp dbpress, pullups, closegrip pushups,sissy squats im 42 93kg and 183cm im eating around 2200 cal aday any tips and pointer would be great ..........
