u/Full-Ostrich4046

I noticed this a few months ago(?) after a long day of manual labor in some not great fitting shoes and figured it would go away. I think it has grown out towards the edge but im not 100% sure. Its never hurt or anything, just looks weird. Im concerned this is a fungus and I can't really afford a doctor's visit at the moment, so some advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
