Choosing my next airlines, help?
Hello everyone! I’m currently a regional FA for PSA and i really want to make the switch to mainline but I’m having a hard time weighing in the pros and cons of each airline. I’m currently based in PHL and i drive 2hrs to base (i live in north jersey so my ideal would be EWR / NY)
I really wanted to go for United but i have some tattoos in the red zone so I’d have to get a removal and i know non-rev is by seniority so idk how id love that
American is feasible but it would still be a commute to NY most days
I’m not too sure on how delta or jet blue is or how the non-rev life is with both
But basically i want to hear from other FA’s how’s the reserve life at each airline aka how long to hold a line and how is the non-rev policies as well ?
I want to try my best to have a good gauge what life would be like before making the jump and committing to another company because i really want my next airline to be my last airline, thank you so much for any info to help me make my final decision 🤍
