I bought my 2025 cx5 crystal blue two months ago. I have noticed a lot of paint swirls. took it back to the dealer and i informed them that I’ve had the vehicle hand wash once. Was told whoever hand washed it used the wrong towel. This is possible after one wash?? im scared to take it to a standard car wash but I see lots of Mazdas using. They offered to have it buffed the option to purchase xylon film protectant which would hurt my pocket. I’ve never experienced this with any other vehicle I‘ve purchased before. I feel like I got delivered a car with paint issues.
