Is there any way for tb scars to be treated? I read a lot that it will show in your xray forever? I am currently a graduating student and I'm worried that it might affect my employment soon even though I have completed my treatment.
So last year i was diagnosed with bilateral ptb and I completed my 6 months treatment. This month I went to get my x-ray and it showed that I have ptb in my both upper lobes I went to my doctor and he told me that he will not prescribe me a medicine again and will only give me vitamins since I have completed my treatment before. Is my tb just a scar from the previous tb i got or did i get a relapse? Tyia
