TikTok Shop UK has permanently destroyed our small business with zero evidence and we've hit a complete wall
Long one, sorry. But I think this could happen to any seller here so please read.
We got hit with a violation for alleged association with deactivated shops. Completely out of nowhere. No warning, no explanation, no evidence. They haven't even told us which shop we're supposedly associated with. We have one account, one director, one product. There is no association.
We submitted absolutely everything they asked for. Passport ID, company registration, six months of invoices, stock photos, warehouse docs, website, everything. Took us days to pull together. Both appeals rejected. First one clearly by a bot. Second one despite TikTok literally promising us in writing that a human would review it due to ID photos being incorrect because passport photo doesn't include front and back (we sent correct viable passport photos)
Now we have a permanent order limit of 10 orders per day. Forever. No more appeals. Done.
Every support ticket we raise gets an identical response within literal seconds. Word for word the same every single time. Nobody is reading anything we send. We had one agent, an actual human who escalated us to the legal team today and personally committed to monitoring it. That ticket got closed as a duplicate within hours by another agent. I actually could not make this up.
We've tried everything. Live chat, tickets, LinkedIn, legal complaints, regulatory bodies, everything. The internal system is completely automated with no human override whatsoever.
The brutal part? We have a founder with 200k followers on the exact platform that's destroying us. We had an affiliate strategy ready to launch, we had momentum. Now we have a 10 order a day cap forever based on something we didn't do and they can't prove.
Has anyone actually managed to overturn a permanent restriction for this violation? Does anyone have a contact at TikTok Shop UK who actually picks up the phone or responds to emails? Has anyone found a way through the wall?
Any help, shared experiences or advice massively appreciated. Feeling pretty hopeless right now.
