Hey! I’m an UK girlie and recently my new job provides me with an US work insurance that covers infertility treatment. I don’t really know anyone in UK that has sinilar insurance so was hoping that any US IVF girlies here could help me understand how it works?

For reference the coverage is through Allianz, and I am mainly worried if I book treatment are they likely to not accept it for some reason? Also me and my partner have the same insurance, my partner as my dependent and I wonder what he can claim for in this part of the insurance?
