How to prepare for rbi while reducing screen time
I work full time 10 hrs a day (sometimes more) and have to stare at screens and talk with a bunch of people for marketing and stuff.
While preparing for RBI to escape this hell, all I have is edutap course and YouTube.
But all this screentime and stress has really affected my health, my eye sight has deteriorated, i have extreme trouble sleeping and focusing on screens, and i have a near constant dull headache some days.
Doctors have given some medicine but strongly advised me to reduce screentime, especially before bed. But the thing is ever since school time, i have only been able to focus during night time, and would study late into night (till 2 am generally but recently it has gotten so bad I'm staying awake till 5 am without doing anything productive and finally exhausting myself to sleep for 3.5 hours till I need to wake up again to go to work) that is my natural rhythm so to say. My parents also never really cared about this habit of mine as long as I got results.
So my grand question after all this rant is how can I read weekly current affairs catered towards RBI grade b (I don't want bulky sources) and phase 2 syllabus without use of any screens before bed time? I don't have any hopes of passing this year, my health really betrayed me. I'll try for other exams too (ssc cgl, epfo, lic aao whatever ) but my main goal is rbi grade b. Please advise me accordingly.
