I went to urgent care and they didn’t know but prescribed pred (didn’t start taking) and then I went to the dermatologist just now and they also didn’t think it was scabies but didn’t know and prescribed a hydrocortisone cream. I’m not convinced — it’s super itchy, spreading, worse at night and in the shower. I had a short hospital stay as well as multiple stays in airbnbs and hotels. My partner isn’t showing any symptoms but I’ve only had the spots for a week. They’re all over different parts of my body and also I’ve had itchy genitals for a while now but thought it was because of my pubic hair which I’ve been growing (sorry tmi).
