Spotting every month. Gyno not concerned
Hi everyone, I 32F have been TTC for 10 months and no luck.
Every month since I went off BC I have spotting which starts a week before my period. I went to the doctor and she tested my hormone levels and said they seemed fine and referred me to a gyno.
Gyno did an internal scan and said everything looked fine. She also did a smear test which was fine too. She didn’t seem worried about it and I told her we’re trying but she said I just have to come back in 2 months after the 1 year mark.
The thing is it feels impossible that I’ll get pregnant with this spotting. Sometimes it happens as early as 9 days before my period and I only have 26 day cycles so that’s less than 2 weeks of no bleeding in a month. I don’t even get a chance to get hopeful.
Waiting for two months just feels a bit pointless but I don’t know what else to do. I feel so sad and have been trying to throw myself into work to distract myself.
