I was really lucky to get phrolova just after getting chisa for Hiyuki. Now I'm not sure how to build her. Would want to get a F2P team for her for Whiwa. I'm planning to get her weapon if it's worth building her.

Hi, I'm a returning player, and trying to optimise my Augusta Build. She's currently S2R1, but with this build she feels quite weak compared to the newer characters. Is there anything I'm doing wrong. I have LunoS0r0 and Shorekeeper S0R1. Can't seem to dish out enough damage in Whimpering Waste. Suggestion and Help is much appreciated!
