where all this play come from

i noticed when i’m stopped either parked or idling this noise comes , when i’m driving higher then 2krpm the sounds leaves

Need some help diagnosing my 2001 IS300. On the highway, whenever I hit bumps, the car sways left and right and has a lot more body roll than it should. The front end feels unstable, almost like the front tires lose grip or control for a split second after hitting a bump. The steering feels loose and the car tends to wander until it settles back down.I lifted the car and checked the front wheels at 12 and 6 o’clock. I didn’t feel any major or obvious play, but it didn’t feel 100% tight either.
The car is lowered on coilovers.
