Things that have actually made me money on the side. No tech skills required.
A lot of what gets posted here assumes you can code or already have some niche expertise. Wanted to throw out a few things that worked for me as someone who has neither. Genuinely useful, genuinely doable.
Worth saying upfront that I do have a full time job, these gigs aren't enough to pay my bills.
Influencer outreach for small businesses. Most small business owners know they should be working with creators but have no clue where to start. I find them, vet them, and handle the back-and-forth until there's a deal. I do the work manually - find the right accounts, reach out cold, and negotiate rates down. Charge a flat fee per campaign, make around $300 a month, up to a $700 on a good month.
Faceless content on Threads. I love spending time on Threads so I decided to monetize that. I reach out to local brands and send them a relevant post written by me with a good hook. I do get paid depending on post's views. I also negotiate a bonus for 10k+ views posts.
TikTok monetization. As you can see, I try to monetize all the social media where I like to spend time. I don't create content here, cause I don't feel like showing my face. What I do is post a ready made carousels made by brands on my TT page and get paid around $10-$15 a week for 0 effort and followers count doesn't matter.
Hope it helps, happy to go deep on any of them.
