Mom pooch is making me depressed

I am 3.5 years PP with twins. I am currently 130lbs and 5ft 7inches tall.

I was pregnant for 38 weeks with my twins and gave birth vaginally. I workout 3-5 times a week, mostly weight lifting and some walking/running.

I do deep core exercises about 5 times a week (bird dogs, heel slides, heel taps, bird dogs) and have been doing that consistently for 6 months now. I have noticed 0 change. If anything my lower abdomen looks bigger than 6 months ago despite being the same weight. I still have a 3 finger gap at my belly button that I cannot seem to fix. I did PT about couple years ago and I ‘graduated’.

Am I bloated? Is all of my fat just in my stomach and I have to lose more weight? Is this just how it after having kids?

I feel so discouraged and defeated. It feels like my only option is a tummy tuck since it feels like nothing is changing.

Please tell me what helped your mom pooch go away and any tips you might have for me. Thank you!
