I am CM, and the ig is full of fake followers more than 50%

hello guys, excuse my language level

I am the cm for an agency, when they first started they baught some fake followers, and with time we got bigger now we have 24 k on ig, almost 10k real, so more than 14k is fake,
- I want to know, what is the best way to handle this, like report them , delete them manualy, or external tools,

also I would like to know what is the negatif effect of having them, like do they affect negatifly our posts reach, our ads and more,..
- some context: we run a consistent ads, each day, drive like 4M views each month, but our organic reel drive us less than 10 k views, I mean it, it doesn't even reach the 10k, our content is authentic, well edited but still .

- also I am just a junior, and they are counting on me to handle the cm, so I would like to know as much infos as possible pls!

It’s the 29th and I’m officially broke: Is it rude to ask HR about my intern stipend now?

hey casawa,

I’m currently interning at a marketing agency. Today is the 29th, and I’ve officially hit my full 30 days for the month.

I haven't heard a word about payroll yet, and honestly, daily transport in Casa is eating up whatever savings I have left.

Should I bring this up with my manager or the hr right now, or is there a standard payday liek the 1st or 5th , that I’m supposed to just magically know about? Am I being impatient, or am I totally within my rights to ask today?
- anyway I am broke

What is a dish you used to hate as a kid, but now accept/love, or the inverse?

For me, it's lamb head. I used to hate it, but once I realized you don't have to eat the skin and that there's actual meat in it, I started to like it!

Need advice, Just finished my marketing bachelor’s degree in Morocco. Have practical skills but feel completely stuck on how to transition into a real job.

Hey everyone,

I’m a 20-year-old based in Morocco, and I’m about to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (Licence d'Excellence) in Digital Marketing and ... (really shy to compelte teh degree name). I just finished my final exams, and to be completely honest, the traditional university system left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt like they cared way more about attendance at mandatory events than actual execution and hard skills.

Because of that, I’ve spent a lot of my own time trying to learn real, practical skills, but I’ve hit a wall. I’ve started a lot of things but haven't committed them to the finish line (like drafting a whole YouTube video strategy but overthinking the launch, or trying cold outreach to get web clients but stopping after 10 contacts because I lacked the confidence/direction).

What I actually know how to do right now:

  • WordPress: Comfortable building websites in different niches, managing global styles.,
  • SEO Basics: I understand on-page optimization, keyword structures, and content management.
  • Design/Assets: I have experience with Figma for prototyping, and I use Canva Pro heavily to create visual assets.
  • Social Media Ops: I know how Meta Business Suite works for management and scheduling.
  • Portfolio: I built my own portfolio website to showcase my functional project work.

My Goal & What I'm Looking For: I’m not here to explicitly beg for a job, but I desperately need to stand on my feet this summer. I need to transition from "student projects" to a real professional environment.

My dream scenario is to find a junior role or a structured internship within a team where I can learn and earn. I want to give 100% of my current execution skills (WordPress, content, asset creation) to a company in exchange for the opportunity to go deeper into real marketing strategy, specifically, I want to learn and practice performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) under people who actually know what they are doing.

My questions for you guys:

  1. Given my background and the Moroccan market, what specific job titles should I be typing into LinkedIn or Indeed? (Junior SEO? Web Content Specialist? Marketing Assistant?)
  2. If you were in my shoes with this exact skill set during the summer in Morocco, what would your immediate next move be to secure an income-generating role?
  3. For agency owners or marketers here: What does a junior need to show you in their portfolio to make you say, "Okay, this kid doesn't have 5 years of experience, but he knows how to execute and I want him on my team"?
  4. Are there specific local agencies or tech hubs in Morocco (Casablanca, Rabat, remote-friendly) that are known for actually training juniors rather than just using them for coffee runs?

Appreciate any blunt advice, reality checks, or guidance you can give. Thanks.

note: I know I may need to do paid intership, so they can test me beofre contract. well tell me the paths out there,
also I can location is not a problem, I can move to other cities.
