I'm looking for a spacious studio (400+ sq ft) or a 1 BHK in an area with Metro or RTA bus access. Al Furjan, Gardens, DSO, or Liwab, DLRC would be great. Working in Downtown, I'm looking for a place to commute in around 1 to 1:25 hours.

Here's what I'm looking to pay:

Fully Furnished studio - 38k AED

Fully Furnished 1 BHK - 45K AED

Unfurnished Studio - 32K-34K AED

Unfurnished 1 BHK - 42K AED

Agents are welcome, but the commission/agency fee and security deposit need to be under 2500 AED each.

If there's a really good deal on a new apartment in another area, even if it's a bit more expensive, I'm open to it.
