Difficulties concentrating
2 months in. I have quit smoking after 23 years (last 5 were almost exclusively with iqos, almost 2 packs/day).
Let’s talk about the psychological withdrawal.
Who else is feeling tired (after the amazing energy boost in the first weeks) or has a hard time concentrating?
On the positive side, I’m working out more to fill in the lack of dopamine from smoking. I don’t think about cigarettes anymore or dream about them. 😅 And I feel healthier, my Apple Watch shows improvements on my VO max and heart rate and I sleep better (almost 100% on the sleep app).
