Hi I am new to this sub, been reading through the posts and one question I still have is how do you deal with the bleeding?

I would say I have pain every time I do a BM but 6 out of 10 BMs I wipe and there is blood. I use wet ones but still blood. And I can never get it to the point where it’s gone, it just keeps coming up more blood. Not enough to drip or go into the bowl but enough to see dark red spots on the wet ones over and over.

What can I do to get the bleeding to stop after BMs. How has it not gotten infected over all these years being in such an unsanitary spot?
