I’ve lost 40+lbs over the past year. Plenty of ups and downs with a couple surgeries in between. Thought I’d have abs by 150, then 20 more pounds down and I can still barely see the top ones lol. Crazy looking back on my progress, you really don’t see it day-to-day then all of a sudden you don’t recognize old pictures of yourself.

I honestly do very little lifting these days (I should get back into it). I mainly do martial arts (BJJ/Judo/Wrestling/Muay Thai) for my exercise regimen 3-4x/wk. Stuck to a calorie deficit around 1500 total per day during the week, closer to 1800 per day on the weekends.

Never thought I’d see myself look like this — been trying to get here for 10 years. Stopped making excuses for myself and just started putting in the work and it paid off.
