Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to join my 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the UES starting July 1.
You would have large room with en suite bathroom and fire escape.
I've lived here for two years and loved it!
Key facts about the apartment:
- Rent is $2,750 per person plus utilities (electricity and wifi) which would be split evenly
- 12-month lease starts July 1
- UES in the 80s in between Lexington and 3rd

- Two bedroom, two bathroom WITH YOUR OWN EN SUITE and fire escape
- Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and your room overlooks our neighbors' private backyard to provide a quiet living environment
- Open kitchen with bar seating and large living room
- Two share closets in the living space, including one coat closet and one pantry closet that provides ample storage
