Judging by the level of communication we’re receiving from the lawyer (non-existent), I have the feeling that they will file without consulting with us beyond our signed declarations.

My question is, how are we going to make sure a deadline for the PI is being demanded if no one is replying to the emails?!

Did McBean’s first lawsuit also challenge the negative country factor, or just the policy memos?

Is there a group, telegram, etc for people who are part of McBeans lawsuit?
