Hi, my account was recently banned. I submitted an appeal through the app, and today I received this email. I should add that I wrote an explanation in a ticket on the support website, but immediately after submitting it, the ticket status was changed to "resolved." This is my first ban. I've had the account for eight years and have never broken any rules. Is this the final decision, or do I still have a chance of being unbanned?
