NUS or Loughborough for ID (Bachelor’s)

I know it’s unfair to put up a comparison like this, and there are definitely lots of complexities into which school to go to (modules, environmental, employment opportunities…). From what I know, for undergrad, Loughborough has a stronger emphasis on traditional ID, industry-focused, super practical, high employment rates and lots of industry connections. National University Singapore (NUS) is more interdisciplinary, tech-oriented, with stronger integrations into engineering, innovation and UI/UX. It is also a super prestigious university with extremely high rankings.

My question is, considering all of the above, what would be a better decision to go to a practical uni with high employment rates, practical learning and connections, less well-known, or a school that’s relatively new, with great tech facilities, and world-renowned (uni as a whole)? Would the name be a pushing factor when seeking employment? Do my bachelor’s matter as much?

Would love to hear your thoughts as someone in school studying, in the industry working or as an employer, etc. Thank you.
