My wife is obsessed with dogs, so I whittled this little guy to score some extra garage points. 😂
Spent a couple of evenings on this. It’s my first time trying to leave the knife facets clean and distinct instead of sanding it smooth, and I’m pretty happy with the rustic look. Just a bit of acrylic for the eyes and finished with mineral oil.
My wife immediately claimed it for her desk. The real dog spent 5 minutes sniffing it and now looks highly offended. Worth it!
