Would they be on your ass. If you use a lot of wite out on background forms. Fuuuuuuuhhhhhhh! Using it a lot on these forms :(

So I got my medial form filled out. Took the physical test and failed in Brooklyn (6/18) taking Retest in Malta (9/16). The previous form my doctor just put month and year for expiration date. This doctor on new form (have to pick a new PCP) left the expiration date completely blank… do have about 2 weeks. If I Weren’t able to see a new doctor. Would that blank be a problem and prevent me from doing the test 😪
