After 6 years of gambling, losing over $30k and wasting thousands of hours, I’m finally putting my life back together piece by piece.

I’ve been bet-free for a couple months now, and it does get easier. Sometimes I still get the urge, mostly out of boredom, but I know it’s not worth letting myself or my family down.

Instead, I’ve been buying and selling things on Facebook Marketplace. It gives me a similar adrenaline rush, but at least now I’m making money instead of losing it.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but that’s what’s been working for me.
