where do i aim for uni

help hi im currently y2 studying a design course in poly, my gpa is incredibly subpar and i dont even know if i want to do design in the future so i was kinda counting on uni to maybe find something else i enjoy doing..

i am definitely not gonna be able to get into a single local uni so the only thing im certain of is that i want to go overseas to study and that i don't wish to pursue design..?

where do i start looking.. i would like to aim for either europe or japan i think.

i lost half my charm, what do i do

context, i live in singapore and often travel overseas to get charms. i bought a silver blue cherry blossom dangle charm in japan. recently i noticed that the blossom part fell out, leaving the frame still on my bracelet.

i inspected the remaining charm and found that there is a very small hole in the charm which i believe to be a defect.

i went to a pandora store to ask if i could do an exchange since it was a defect piece, but i was told that i would need to email customer service with the original receipt and see if they will accept it and do an exchange for me?

if i were to fly back to japan however, since i bought the charm there, would i be able to just do the exchange without all this hassle of emailing customer service and whatnot?

i have attached a (blurry) pic of the charm in its current state

Affordable boots

Are there any boots out there that is affordable; in the $100s range or less? I have some experience ice skating but the only rink in my country often runs out of the size I wear and gives me those plastic boots 2 sizes too big which is a tripping hazard. I'm still a student and dont have much money, so are there any boots that would be easy to obtain in asia that is affordable?
