My birthday is coming up and honestly, I miss the hell out of quality Chinese food. I spent most of my twenties working in China in Beijing and Shanghai. In the DMV i'm constantly disappointed. We have great Uyghur food and a few dumpling spots but I want some other recommendations. When I worked for a Chinese company in Fairfax I had a few spots but they have sadly closed.
