Licking Dog hoard from Gloucester with dodecahedron

This is the PAS record for the Gloucester hoard, sometimes referred to as the "Licking Dog" hoard. This was bronze scraps being saved to remelt. Everything, with the exception of the dog figure, was broken down for storage. The value was in the metal.

The dodecahedron fragment is about half way down.

Vintage cue, made in Italy, double threaded joint, catalin

Picked up this unbranded 1970s? cue at a flea market. Unusual double threaded joint. Amber colored catalin details, pebbled leather grip. Gold sticker says "MADE IN ITALY" "OZ 21". Any ideas on a maker? Only paid $20, so I won't be to disappointed if it turns out to be junk.
