Data point: Rove not honoring terms
Some data points on false advertising and shady business practices. I registered an employer account on Ziprecruiter through the Rove Shopping portal. On the day of registration Rove advertised 6,538 for "Employer Account Registration" (photo 1). The purchase tracked but no points were awarded. After submitting documentation to Rove and protesting it, it was deemed ineligible. Curiously the Ziprecruiter promotion suddenly changed (photo 2) after my protest to 6,538 points for an "employer account trial," specifically listing under exclusions "miles is not available on registrations" (grammar mistake theirs not mine.
To me this looks like Rove and Ziprecruiter changing the terms after the fact and not honoring the terms on the date of execution. Anyone else have similar experiences?
