Finally gave in and paid resale

Finally gave in and paid resale

I finally decided to accept the high cost and buy tickets to my first World Cup match, the Round of 32 game in Boston. I also wanted an excuse to explore a new city, and since I had to book flights and hotels too, I couldn’t really wait around hoping prices would drop.

The price seemed a little lower than usual when I bought them, but hopefully I didn’t overpay too badly because it was still really expensive.

If the matchup ends up being Germany vs. Scotland, which seems like the most likely outcome right now, hopefully it’s not as one sided as the Euros match. And hopefully Germany don’t bottle first place in their group either lol. Do you guys think this was good value for the current prices, and what do you think of the potential matchup?

What is the better match?

I’m thinking about accepting the high prices and buying a few tickets to a match. The matches I’m considering are England vs Ghana or the R32 game in NYC. That game would probably feature France versus Paraguay/Australia, but if France don’t top their group it may not be worth it. Which one do you think is the better purchase?

How difficult is it to get at least a 3.5 GPA as a statistics major in the first semester? I’m planning on switching to business administration (accounting concentration) after I complete my first semester, and I want to make sure getting the GPA required to switch won’t be an issue. Do you recommend not using my AP credits for classes like stats, calc, and lang in order to take easier classes? Also, should I drop some of the courses related to my major and replace them with general education classes?
