Is there anything bad with the 48|58 wheelset?

I’m getting a really good deal from my lbs because most Factor owners prefer other wheelsets. I don’t understand why. It still has 23 mm internals, which isn’t necessarily bad. Sure, I’m not a fan of carbon spokes, but most wheels now come with carbon spokes. Besides that, the hubs are decent, and the specs are fine for the average rider. Am I missing something?

How to transition to self coaching?

This might come off as a silly question, but one of the reasons I liked working with a coach was that they prescribed the right intervals for me, tailored to my up-and-down life commitments, illnesses, or a good spell of training. Paying so much money isn't really sustainable in the long run, so I was wondering if people had any guidance on how to maintain progress without a coach. There's a lot of negativity around AI programs, and having used one of them, I didn't mind it - although it was more about insights than training plans. What are your thoughts? How do you plan your training sessions on your own?

Stick with AERO111 or move to P ZERO Race TLR SL-R

I almost don't want to get the Pirellis because of that naming convention! Anyway, I've worn out my Aeros, which have been incredible, and I'm wondering whether to stick with them or give the new SL-R a go.
