Replaced both my strut and coils, new rack and pinion, and my sway bar link. Only makes this sound when parked or parking. Does it when I turn the wheel both ways. Comes from both sides, if I turn my wheel to the right, the right side makes noise, when I turn to the left the left makes noise.
