WHAT I WANT to Know is has anyone Faked NOC and went is it possible if it is plz provide info cuz this seems like a good opportunity for me🙏🙏

I applied to study in Italy through a consultancy. They told me they applied to several universities to get an offer letter. However, the only email I've personally received is a pre-enrollment application confirmation from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale (UPO). I haven't received any application confirmations or emails from any other universities.
The consultancy is now asking me to pay a pre-enrollment fee, but I'm unsure whether they actually applied to multiple universities or only to UPO. Is it normal not to receive confirmation emails from every university? How can I verify that applications were really submitted to multiple universities? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
