23m, minor electric shock, what do I do?

23m. non smoker. not taking meds currently. toaster is a Brentwood within a silver metal toasting part and a black plastic fromt. i was using a toaster yesterday. seemed to be working fine, but the time I used it before 5is happened I saw little blue sparks in the toaster when I’d lift up the little plastic handle prematurely. only would happen when I’d lift it prematurely. anyway, the next time I use to toaster, I go to flip that plastic handle up, and I get a tiny little shock on my finger. didn’t really hurt to bad. I went to take a Kardia 6l recording right after and it seemed normal. it’s been about 24 hours and I haven’t had any symptoms. been monitoring my heart. no increase in hr or anything out of the ordinary. should I still go to the er?. Im worried it would still cause arrhythmia or some kind of damage to the heart, even micro-structural , as I hear shocks can have delayed arrhythmic effects, where it can take weeks or months for it to manifest. Any advice is appreciated. And for the record, toaster was thrown out 😀
