Ebay is forcing their Carmel Secure Purchase on all sellers. Previously you could mention that you don't accept secure purchase but now it looks like all transactions have to go through it. Except Carmel wont accept licenses from wholesale dealers or sellers so you are basically barred from selling there. Is there some workaround? Over 50% of the cars I sell are on Ebay.
