Just got a ak400 digital pro used the mx7 paste. Shouldn’t idle temps be in the 30?

Upgraded from rtx4070 to 9070xt. Bought the card with a prebuilt pc from the mvp 3 years ago. Interested folks please dm with your best offer. The warranty will end in june 2026, but the card is well maintained, can give you the bill for the original build.
