I had booked a hotel for the 3x tile promotion that was running earlier this year and a change of plans meant I didn't go on that trip. I cancelled the hotel promptly and thought nothing else of it. Today I woke up to 11 tiles for the $1100 hotel booking that ended April 26... that I didn't go on. I triple checked my credit cards and I wasn't billed for it. I won't be upset if they take the tiles back but I'll be very grumpy if the $1100 ever posts and I have to dispute it. Has anyone had this happen?

I was pre-approved by Barclays online for the Premier card so went ahead and finished my application... and got the message they are reviewing it, which generally isn't a great sign. My credit score is north of 800 so the only thing I can think is my Equifax account might still be locked (I made sure TransUnion and Experian were unlocked specifically for this). I tried to call both their general customer service number and the JetBlue card number and got nowhere - they just referred me to the website which shows the status of the app, but won't say if they need anything else from me. Does anyone have a customer service number I can call and speak with someone who may be able to help? Everyone I spoke to can only help with an existing account and either the call dropped when they went to transfer me or I got routed back to the main switchboard.
