I get sooo overwhelmed at the gym when it comes to using weights or machines..

Im completely fine with cardio like treadmill/stairmaster etc, but the second I try to go near machines I just freeze 😭 I start overthinking like what if I’m doing it wrong, hurt myself, or just look stupid

If I go with my sister or a friend I’m fine, but when I go alone I end up barely doing anything besides cardio which isn’t even what I want

Oh and there arent really trainers around and even if there are I feel awkward asking because they usually try to sell PT packages somehow..

How do you guys get over this I actually wanna lock in :(
