Hi! I am looking for someone to make a water color logo for our wedding. Nothing intricate, pretty straightforward. I would love recommendations if you have used an artist that was reasonable with their pricing, easy to work with, and delivered a beautiful end design! We would also love to have decks of playing cards created with a similar watercolor vibe for our guest's weekend welcome bags. Most everything I have found on Etsy customizes both sides and if I'm reading it right charges $300-$500 per deck. I'm happy to pay a premium and support a small business, but don't really want to pay $7,500+ for playing cards.
We'd be happy to just have the top side of the card customized, not both sides, with a watercolor of our dogs playing cards and the numbered side just a standard deck. If you have had success finding someone to do this, could you please send the info my way? Thanks so much!
We recently pivoted to hosting a 2027 wedding in Morocco. It wasn’t on our original shortlist of counties, and we actually had almost an entire wedding planned somewhere else but decided it wasn’t for us. I think there are pros and cons to every location when planning a destination wedding and would love to know what you think the pros and cons are to hosting in Morocco if you have lived it — or hear a guest’s perspective if you have attended one!
We are planning to host 40+/- people for a multi day celebration and are very focused on guest experience for everyone taking the time to travel in. Our budget is around $200k, so it’s healthy but not massive. I assume we’ll likely do a buy out of a hotel.
We decided on it as an easy access point for guests who are coming from all over the world, because we feel like there are endless possibilities with unique events/excursions, and because we have just generally enjoyed our time there when we have been previously. I would love to hear thoughts, experiences, and ideas! I will also happily take any recommendations as this decision has come to life in the past 48 hours and we don’t really even know what we’re looking at yet. I have reached out to several venues we are interested in and we’ll likely head over to see a few in the next couple of weeks!

We are very close to booking it for 2027 but all of the photos on social media and their website are a much more "classic" vibe than we are going for so I am having a hard time visualizing what we can turn it in to. I was originally against planning a destination wedding in Italy (nothing against Italy or our experiences there, I just have been to so many in the last few years and many of our guests hosted their weddings in various regions.) Puglia has recently caught my attention, and is now on my list of destinations to look into.
Does anyone have any hotel or venue recommendations? We have 30 guests (they don't all need to stay on location) and are hoping to keep the wedding fairly casual. Our total budget is around $150k.
We’re looking at San Sebastián for a summer 2027 wedding with around a $150k budget for 40 people or less. (This does not include guest accommodation or travel.)
A lot of the luxury destination planners we've reached out to have much higher minimums than what we’re wanting to spend, which was expected, but we’re hoping to find someone with great taste and experience curating destination weddings that can execute well. We’re interested in a full service planner (we honestly don’t even have any idea what venue options might be in San Sebastián) that can help with finding a venue, planning, executing. We’re willing and budgeted to spend a premium on a planner, just don’t want to double or triple our budget to work with the “big names.”

Hi BBB! I am looking for recommendations on a photographer to do an engagement shoot somewhere in Europe this summer (TBD on location, it’s flexible.)
We live in the states but are doing a destination wedding in 2027. When we got engaged last year I was too overwhelmed to even think about prioritizing an engagement shoot. It still isn’t top of my list, but I figure that one day we’ll look back on the photos and be glad we did them.
We’re doing 6 weeks in Europe this summer and I’d like to do the session while we’re there. Looking for editorial style, decently priced (I realize this is a relative term), and someone you felt comfortable with! Portugal, France, Switzerland, and Sicily are where we’re spending the majority of our time, but have a lot of flexibility if the photographer has travel restraints — or a dreamy location in mind!
