Caught my BF saving thirst traps of my friends
One day I found my boyfriend of 10 years saving revealing photos/videos of girls we know in a hidden calculator app. When I found the app on his phone, he acted like he didn’t know what it was, but I found the app details in his settings.
He said it was probably an old app from his previous phone, but I had a feeling something was off and asked him to open his Telegram. The password was the same as the one for the calculator app. When I opened it, he quickly grabbed the phone from me and things became very physical. After my family got involved and everything calmed down, he eventually showed me videos of some of my friends that he had saved together with my private videos.
It really hurt me, especially because he also had a habit of deleting conversations with girls he previously had a history with. Before we were exclusive, he also had inappropriate conversations with other girls since we started as fwb.
I already forgave him because he acknowledged what he did, blocked those girls himself, and promised to change. But I still can’t stop thinking about everything that happened.
Part of me wants to end the relationship, but he keeps asking me to stay and saying he’ll do better. This is already the third time I’ve had to go through something like this. I still love him and want to believe him, but I’m struggling to move past it.
